The kiosk is open again! And it’s open to whatever you bring along. For the next issue of PORT Magazine, we’re looking for anything that crackles, sticks, hits the spot, and keeps you hanging around a little longer. Send us your gossip! Submission deadline: April 22

PORT 2026 will become the Bauhaus University Weimar kiosk: a place where the faculties come together as a neighborhood. Students from different disciplines meet here, sharing projects, thoughts, and perspectives.
We see the Kiosk as an open space of possibilities and a social meeting place in the broadest sense. While your work does not have to deal directly with the topic of the kiosk, it may pick up on thematic threads such as neighborhood and transitions, chance encounters and routines, public and private spaces, exchange and circulation, appropriation, visibility and margins, needs and habits, pastimes and standstills, abundance and scarcity, surfaces and depths, and the everyday and the obscure.
We welcome projects from all Bauhaus University Weimar faculties from the last two semesters. Images must be in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If you have any questions or uncertainties, feel free to ask! ♡
Calling for texts: We are also looking for texts that have already been or are ready to be written. If you’d like to contribute to PORT, send us a quick email to port.magazin[at]gmail.com with your name, email address, phone number, and a few words about yourself.
☆ Submission deadline: April 22 ☆
