Erasmus Days 2025: Bauhaus-Universität Weimar mit Aktionen rund um Erasmus+ und BAUHAUS4EU dabei
The international Erasmus Days will take place across Europe from 13 to 18 October: For six days, universities and educational institutions will invite visitors to learn about the projects and opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme. In 2024, over 10,000 events took place in 60 countries. This year, the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar will be participating for the first time with initiatives organised by the BAUHAUS4EU University Alliance and the International Office.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness for the diverse opportunities offered by the ongoing internationalisation strategy at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. Participating in the Erasmus+ Programme is not just for students: Technical and administrative staff, researchers, and instructors can also take part in a stay abroad – whether to develop professional skills, establish new networks, or to gain new perspective on their own work.
From 11 am to 2 pm on Tuesday, 14 October, the BAUHAUS4EU University Alliance and the International Office will be at a booth on the ground floor of the Mensa am Park providing information on the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme.
On Thursday, 16 October, 20-minute »BAUHAUS4EU kennenlernen« (getting to know BAUHAUS4EU) webinars will answer questions such as: What is the project about? What long-term structures will be established at the University? What does this mean in concrete terms for individuals?
In order to respond to individual needs and expectations, the webinars are customised for specific target groups:
- Teaching and Research Staff: 1:30 pm
- Technical and Administrative Staff: 2 pm
- Students and Doctoral Candidates 2:30 pm
