Inaugural lecture and numgeo workshop 2025 at the Bauhaus-Universitä Weimar
As part of the numgeo Workshop 2025, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Patrick Staubach will give his inaugural lecture.
On 1st September 2024, Patrick Staubach (link to article: ‘Who is Prof. Patrick Staubach’) was appointed university professor of geotechnics at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. During his academic career, he specialised in numerical methods and applications, particularly in the field of offshore wind turbines. To mark his appointment, Prof. Staubach invites all interested parties to his public inaugural lecture on 19 February 2025 at 4.30 p.m. in Lecture Hall A at Marienstraße 13. The topic will be »Beiträge der Geotechnik im Hinblick auf die Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts«.
