GATE – Gaining Agile Team Experience – is a practice program connecting students and recent graduates with attractive regional employers. In diverse teams, you will work on real tasks provided by companies and, together with your peers, develop innovative solutions for future-focused topics. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors, get hands-on workshops in agile project management, and collaborate directly with industry professionals. |
→ Practical experience: You will work on authentic company projects and gain experience that goes far beyond your studies.
→ Agile, interdisciplinary teams: You will be part of a dynamic group of 4-6 students from a wide range of disciplines and cultural backgrounds.
→ Skills development: You will strengthen your abilities in project management, communication, teamwork and creativity.
→ Networking: You establish contacts with regional employers at an early stage and can convince potential employers of your commitment.
→ Career advantage: You enrich your CV with relevant practical experience and demonstrate initiative for future applications.
→ Flexible commitment: The programme runs for 3.5 months alongside your studies with a total effort of approx. 70 hours (including workshops and project work).
→ Bilingualism: The projects are carried out in German and English - an ideal opportunity to develop your language and technical skills!
We are currently in discussions with companies and finalizing exciting project tasks for the upcoming GATE cycle. The specific projects will be published by the end of September, and the official application period will start at the beginning of October.
