Bauhaus-Universität Weimar: Scholarships: Ceremony & Gallery

In 2025, the scholarship ceremony will again take place as part of the summaery - in addition, scholarship holders of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar will have the opportunity on 10 July to show their work related to the scholarship accompanying the celebration; depending on the possibilities of the venue, in the Oberlichtsaal or in the lower foyer of the University Library.

I herewith authorise the organisers at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar to use the images and texts submitted by me in the context of an online scholarship gallery and the scholarship ceremony@LangeNachtderWissenschaften on 10th of July 2025 free of charge, with no restrictions in terms of space and for the duration of the fulfilment of the purpose.

The right of use includes the possible usage in print media, on the internet, in newsletters and on other storage media for the purpose of documenting the scholarship celebration, the use in further public relations (including the promotion of upcoming events of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar) as well as for internal university reporting. The right of use also includes, if necessary, digitalisation and electronic image processing, for example by retouching.

Data storage in accordance with §13 DSGVO: The data you enter will be collected and stored within the framework of the scholarship programme at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the data.
