In the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar Guidelines, the University expresses a shared understanding of how its members collaborate. The Guidelines, individually and as a whole, define and represent the Bauhaus-Universität: a vibrant, diverse, and creative community founded on trust, communication, and mutual appreciation. The Guidelines are aligned with the lived culture at the University and provide criteria and direction for everyday processes in studies, research, teaching, and administration. They support a respectful, open-minded culture and enable responsible behaviour at all levels.
