On October 1, 2024, Nikolaus Seitz took over the position of Junior Professor (W1-W3 with tenure track) for Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer at the Bauhaus University Weimar. The professorship is part of the BuiltEnviroment-Management-Institute (B-M-I) and complements the business management program offered by the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering with key aspects of strategic innovation and technology management, as well as entrepreneurship.
