On October 1, 2024, Nikolaus Seitz took over the position of Junior Professor (W1 with tenure track) for Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer at the Bauhaus University Weimar. The professorship is part of the BuiltEnviroment-Management-Institute (B-M-I) and complements the business management program offered by the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering with key aspects of strategic innovation and technology management, as well as entrepreneurship.

VHB TIE 2025 in Weimar

Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Seitz (Jun.-Prof.) and his team of the Chair for Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, together with VHB board members Prof. Dr. Joachim Henkel (TU Munich), Prof. Dr. Cornelia Storz (Goethe University Frankfurt), and Prof. Dr. Jörn Block (Trier University), successfully hosted the 2025 Annual Conference of the Scientific Commission for Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TIE) of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB).
