The workshop is intended to honor the 30th anniversary of the Center for Engineering Analysis of Earthquake Damage at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and also provide a forum for reviewing the results of the collaboration, exploring new topics and partnerships, and discussing future courses of action and forms of cooperation in light of the changes in research and teaching that are already emerging as a result of new information technologies. A key objective is to provide research-oriented and project-specific support for the international master's program Natural Hazard and Risks in Structural Engineering (NHRE), for which an advisory board is to be established.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the workshop. The event is planned to be held in a hybrid format, i.e. both on-site in Weimar and online via a participation link. We kindly ask you to register in advance by March 8, 2026, by sending an email to: silke.beinersdorf[at]uni-weimar.de
