Curriculum Vitae

Andreas Mühlenberend has held the Chair of Experimental Industrial Design (exp_id) at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar since 2014. Prior to that, he taught industrial design at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2014 and served as a visiting professor at the Free University of Bolzano, Italy (2002–2009). His work focuses on medical technology, prosthetics, orthotics, embodiment, topology optimization, mobility, robotics, and cultural furniture. Since 1998, Mühlenberend has run his studio for product design and graphic design: Resolutdesign.
