After my first experiences with deep-drawing the 3D-printed structures, I decided to design a few more variations for either spline- or hollow structures.
through bending and testing i evaluated which structure would be the most durable for application. This would then be spatialized in a wire structure, to evaluate its durability in more realistic dimensions.
the wire visualization helped me to realize where the final board needs improvement. now, i have to think about carrier strenghts, material and installation.
