If you wish to be reimbursed, please follow this procedure:
- Submit your language course credit certificate to your faculty examination office (Prüfungsamt) at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and have the course listed as part of your study programme in your final Bachelor's/Master's degree certificate.
- After having received the degree certificate at the end of your studies, submit a copy to the Language Centre's Office. Please write your current address and bank details (SEPA format with IBAN and BIC codes) of your bank on the copyand submit it to the Language Centre's Office.
- The course fee will then be paid back into your bank account.
