Log in to the »eduroam« Wi-Fi with your university login to use Bauhaus-Universität Weimar WiFi all across campus. »eduroam« is an international Wi-Fi roaming service. If you're visiting from another participating university or institution, log in to the »eduroam« network using your home institution's credentials. You'll find more information on the SCC website.
If you don't have »eduroam« access, you're welcome to use the free Wi-Fi in the main building entrance area.
Some library study spaces are equipped with computers that allow access to:
- the internet
- LibreOffice suite (available to anybody)
- Microsoft Office suite (personal Microsoft account required)
- services and electronic ressources licensed to the university library such as e-books, e-journals, databases and streaming services
Some peripherals are available to borrow at the service desk.
Log in to the public computers using your university login.
At the service desk you may apply for a guest login for the public library computers. You will need a library account.
Setting up a guest login requires a few days. We will let you know by e-mail once your login is ready.
Of course, you're welcome to use the library catalogue terminals to search our collection without a guest login.
