Experience an exciting day full of science and discoveries! On Girls' Day at the Science Discovery Center, you can take part in exciting hands-on experiments and discover for yourself just how fascinating science and technology can be.
Afterwards, you will be given an exclusive guided tour of the laboratory, where you can take a look behind the scenes and find out how real research works. Finally, you will have lunch with a scientist who will tell you about her day-to-day work, give you exciting insights into her career and answer all your questions.
This day is your chance to experience science up close and find out how you can help shape the world of tomorrow!

Experimenting, exchanging ideas and learning with enthusiasm: The newly founded Science Discovery Centre at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar’s Marienstraße 7 welcomes children and youth to broaden their knowledge in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and gain professional inspiration.
