EUPS students can apply for an ERASMUS scholarship for six months (September 1 to February 28).
To do so, you must first register on the “Portal for Study Abroad” and complete the online application for an ERASMUS grant for EUPS students available there.
Application Deadline
---
From June 15 to July 15 via the “Portal for Study Abroad” (see link on the right)
Please note: if you do not hand in your application for the ERASMUS scholarship within the deadline, you will not receive ERASMUS scholarship.
EUPS students who have applied for an ERASMUS grant by the deadline must create a “Learning Agreement” for the duration of their ERASMUS funding period. This is a document that specifies which courses the student will take during the ERASMUS funding period.
The agreement is drawn up in collaboration between the student, their academic advisor at IfEU (elodie.vittu@uni-weimar.de), and an academic advisor at BTH.
Please submit your ERASMUS documents using the following file naming convention:
[DOK] Title of the Document (e.g. [DOK] Learning Agreement) to: outgoing[at]uni-weimar.de
For the administrative processing of your ERASMUS grant, only the period during which you receive ERASMUS funding is relevant.
LEARNING AGREEMENT
The “Learning Agreement” document may only include the courses you will be taking during the period of your ERASMUS funding. You may need to explain this again to your contact persons in France. To create the “Learning Agreement,” please contact the coordinator of your EUPS program.
CONFIRMATION OF STAY
In order for you to receive funding, your stay at BTH must be treated as a self-contained mobility period, even if you will be studying in France for a longer period.
Therefore, please do not be surprised that you must submit the “Confirmation of Stay” document, in which the end date of your stay is confirmed by BTH—this simply refers to the end of your ERASMUS stay. You may also need to explain this again to your contacts in Sweden.
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
The “Transcript of Records” document must also contain only the courses you took during the ERASMUS-funded semester in Karlskrona. This document is issued by BTH; if necessary, you must request that it be issued.
If you do not submit all required documents, you will have to repay your ERASMUS grant in part or in full.
