I mainly doing interaction design, often in open source projects. Beside of this I am dealing with cognitive psychology and neuroaesthetics research (@ the University of Jena)

Current Projects

Develop lightweight user research methods
Werkmodul HumanCenteredDesignResearch Teaching concept. Students learn to use needfinding and evaluation research techniques by designing for the university's library.

Interface-Entwurf Netspeak

Usability for Search Interfaces: Netspeak Netspeak ist eine Software zum kontextsensitiven suchen von Wörtern. Der Interfaceentwurf erweitert das Suchfeld durch bekannte UI-Komponenten, die es ermöglichen, das Wort, für das Alterantiven gesucht werden sollen, einfach auszuwählen. Die zuvor genutzte Wildcard-Syntax ist nichtmehr nötig.
