Organising Telework and Mobile Work in Teams

In addition to the Flexible Work Location Agreement, the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar also offers two team workshops.

Workshop Objectives:

• To offer a space for moderated exchange/negotiation where the Flexible Work Location applications can be clarified

Goal and Content of Workshop 1:

• Clarifying questions on the content of the Flexible Work Location Agreement and the application process
• What does flexible work location mean and when is it applicable?

Goal and Content of Workshop 2: 

• How do we as a team wish to implement the Flexible Work Location Agreement?
• How will we as a team work together? 
• Verabredungen/Vereinbarungen im Team treffen

Format:

• Internal team workshop
• Workshop 1: Moderated by the respective Personnel Department employee
• Workshop 2: Moderated by an external trainer
• Dates are to be coordinated individually within your team

• Scheduling and planning
• Delegating properly
• Maintaining an overview
• Setting boundaries between home and office

• Identifying the specific challenges and opportunities for personal management and work organisation when working from home
• Recognising key factors that interfere with focussed and effective work
• Acquiring tools and strategies for minimising distractions
• Understanding the importance of clearly defined rules, structures, and guidelines for organising work, staying motivated, and optimising performance
