There is a swimming pool in Weimar and numerous beautiful parks that invite you to go jogging. You can also find outdoor trim trails and hiking routes in Weimar.
16. Are there any extra costs for the leisure activities?
- Participation in the Spring School-social program is included in the Service Package, which can be booked for €70.
- In addition, you will get a museum pass with which you can visit all museums and houses of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar for free (if you book the Service Package).
17. How can I explore Weimar?
- Weimar is a small city - which means that many things can be easily reached by foot.
- In case you don't want to walk, you can make use of the city busses. Here you can find details on network and timetable: bus timetables.
- And if you neither want to walk nor take the bus: you can rent a bike at the bicycle rental Grüne Liga for a resonable price.
18. What is the weather like in Weimar (Thuringia) in March?
In one word: unpredictable! Usually, it varies between 2-15°C, but anything is possible. Please preapre yourself also for rain and even snow.
19. How much pocket money will I need for the duration of the course?
