-Some things just work so beautifully, you actually don't notice the interaction anymore. Or it even feels just great - because you know about the bad examples too: Different password for mails, library and wiki, the 7 clicks until you got your free student version of windows 7 or the difficulties in finding a specific course description - just to mention some student-specific things.
 The aim of interaction design is to make products that meet the needs of the user and are easy to operate - this is what you will learn in this course.
-Though the most common example is web design we will not stop there: Dealing with mobile devices, touchscreens and many more topics will make you ready for designing state-of-the-art.
 To be able to "Design for Action" you will learn how people think, feel and act.  Your own research will be needed for that as well. Not like in a lab and with a team of scientists: We will just observe and try out ideas.
 Our partner is Mozilla, a foundation creating Firefox and promoting the open web - supported by thousands of volunteers from all over the world. The knowledge you gain can help you to design new ways of interacting with web content.
