The medium for this specimens is Agar with distilled water and the food for the bacterias is leaflets.
Tree samples are made, the results of each one are shown in the links below.

** Day 2, both specimens grow up in the darkness with a temperature of 20°C. The first specimens were closer to the food and have 5 leaflets, and they started to grow on top of it. The second specimens were farther from the food, and have just 3 leaflets, they grew in the direction of the food.

** Day 4 Just one of the specimens in the first Petri box seems to be growing out of the food. Both specimens that have grown a lot on the second day seemed to be dying inside the second Petri-box, probably there is not enough food for them now, or there's a specimen that contaminated the sample.

** Day 5 The specimens continue growing out of the food in the first Petri-box. In the second Petri-box what seems as dying was false, the specimens start to grow in the white color I'm waiting to see if they acquire the yellow color.

** Day 6 The specimens in the first Petri-box haven´t changed their behavior, but definitely, there was something that contaminated the sample because is another specimen inside it. In the second Petri box is a concentration of the Polycephalum is in one side of the Petri-box, the tree growing specimen still have the white color.

** Day 7 The second group of bacteria was made from one extreme with the living specimens, from the other one with sleeping specimens and the food was placed in the middle of the Petri-box. After one week both bacterias growth in direction of the food and then mixed up. A hypothesis about its big growing compared with the specimens that were located in my room, is that they haven't had the presence of light in one week. More specific results can be seen under the microscope.

From this three experiments, I learned how to cultivate ''physarum/polycephalum'' how it grows, the type of conditions that it needs (medium) to grow up and the temperature that it also needs to grow.

LESSONS:

The three different samples were made the same day, with the same conditions and same medium, but they develop in different ways, as it can be seen in the links of each experiment on top From this three experiments, I learned how to cultivate physarum/polycephalum how it grows, the type of conditions that it needs (medium) to grow up and the temperature that it also needs to grow.
