Growing microorganisms
Decision made to grow microorganisms from different surfaces. LBP (Baird-Parker liquid) recipe with sugars and proteins should be just fine for the test
LBP agar
- 1 liter water
- 1 g lactose
- 1 g peptone
- 5.1 g Na2HPO4∗7 H2O
- 4.2 g KH2PO4
- 20 g agar
