1 liter water
1 g lactose
1 g peptone
5.1 g Na2HPO4∗7 H2O
4.2 g KH2PO4
20 g agar

General introduction to work in the biolab. Preparation of the first test agar plates for bacterial growth in a Petri dish:

Petri dishes were filled with 15 ml of LBP medium (Baird-Parker liquid) with agar

Cooling the petri dishes
Inoculate with various surface contaminants

My saliva
My fingerprint
The chalk
The women toilet

left with room temperature for the following days
