** Day 7 The second group of bacteria was made from one extreme with the living specimens, from the other one with sleeping specimens and the food was placed in the middle of the Petri-box. After one week both bacterias growth in direction of the food and then mixed up. A hypothesis about its big growing compared with the specimens that were located in my room, is that they haven't had the presence of light in one week. More specific results can be seen under the microscope.
The three different samples were made the same day, with the same conditions and same medium, but they develop in different ways, as it can be seen in the links of each experiment on top

From this three experiments, I learned how to cultivate ''physarum/polycephalum'' how it grows, the type of conditions that it needs (medium) to grow up and the temperature that it also needs to grow.

LESSONS:

The three different samples were made the same day, with the same conditions and same medium, but they develop in different ways, as it can be seen in the links of each experiment on top From this three experiments, I learned how to cultivate physarum/polycephalum how it grows, the type of conditions that it needs (medium) to grow up and the temperature that it also needs to grow.
