'''Dead Life Live Life''' is a poetic exploration of the interconnectedness of life and death through the sound and movement of DNA. This work sonifies the DNA movement of a persimmon tree planted at my grandmother's house, who passed away in 2018. The tree serves as a living memory of her, still enduring in the now-empty house. The project visualizes the movement of the tree’s DNA through electrophoresis experiments, converting this movement into sound in real time.
