HUMAN ALGORITHMS

Is there a link between movements through physical space and navigation of the internet? What happens in the period of time where the brain disconnects and we mindlessly click and scroll. Does this relate to habitual, automatic bodily movement? Do humans tend towards making the same patterns with their bodies? Is there a human algorithm?

To start this work, I made a programme in Processing which tracks the movement of eyes when looking at a computer screen. Here are the results of ten minutes of internet surfing. Next I want to map the paths made by the eyes over longer periods of time.
