CONCEPT

My aim in this project is to analyse the movement through the speed. I want to decompose the movement as Muybridge did it with the Chronophotography : the video will become slower to bring up the different image representing each stages of the evolution of the movement. And I want to observe it in his speed : the video will be accelerated in order to make disappear the body and keep such as Light Painting Video only the movement which will be represented by a light line.

For the realization I will use Blender for the Light Painting part and Premiere Pro for the editing and the Chronophotography. I am also thinking about filming the entier choreography with normal camera in order to overprint it on the motion capture part. I would like to finalize my motion capture registered with a 360° angle, so the camera will turn around the body.

In order to realize this project I will need only one person moving in a fast choreography (fast movement, maybe a mix between classic danse and french boxing). I would like to realize the choreography bound with a music composition. The nude choreography will last around one minute but that will work as a loop so the final project will last longer.
