First Try

First Soft Robot

I followed the tutorials on how to create a soft robotic without using a 3D printer. The form is made of cardboard which is wrapped with scotch tape to create a form for the liquid silicon that works like a 3D-printed one.

During the last few steps, I found out that there was something wrong with the silicon mixture that I had made. However, it was too late to create another one for this time and I still need to learn about the mixture more in order to get the same texture and flexibility like it is on the tutorials.

I documented every step in order to track the process and find the mistake in the process for the next try.
