background of the project

The film explores the psychological concept of escapism - the human tendency to withdraw from reality into constructed mental or virtual spaces in particular, stressful situations.

idea of project

the film explores themes such as memory, trauma, self-protection and the fragile interplay between reality and illusion, posing the central question of whether escapism serves as a coping mechanism or acts as a barrier to healing.

The central conflict lies in the inner struggle of the protagonist: or rather the protagonist: the struggle between confronting reality and falling into the tantalizing state of escapism. As they move through the cyclical nature of time and memory, a tension arises between the desire to avoid pain and the need to confront it in order to move forward. This psychological struggle creates a dynamic interplay between avoidance and acceptance, with emotional and mental wellbeing centrally at stake.
