Es kann aber nicht gehört werden, was das Mikrofon ,hört'. Die Kommunikation mit den Betrachter:innen findet in der Ausrichtung und Bewegung des Mikrofons statt. Betrachter:innen nehmen also nicht mittels oder durch das Mikrofon wahr, sondern über eine Betrachtung und Imagination des Mikrofons und seiner Wirkweise. Hören die Betrachter:innen dann besser zu? Werden sie leise und still sein, um unter dem Radar des Mikrofons zu bleiben?

However, it is not possible to hear what the microphone 'hears'. Communication with the viewer takes place in the direction and movement of the microphone. Viewers therefore do not perceive by means of or through the microphone, but by observing and imagining the microphone and its mode of operation. Will the viewers then listen more closely?
