===[[User:Iuliana|Iuliana Moraru]] – ''"Vaseline"''===
The Vaseline is very helpful in preventing blisters. You are more likely to get blisters if your feet are hot, wet or tired. I got this tip from a friend that did the whole “Camino de Santiago” which is a very famous walking way in Spain. I supposed that in an expedition we would have to walk a lot carrying a heavy bag. It helps when applying on the clean feet in the morning. I could choose any other item, but I think that once our main activity is walking and exploring, we have to do it as better as possible, and nothing can bother us more as some blisters.

===[[Yannic]] – ''"Headlamp"''===
The purpose of the headlamp is to spend light in the darkness that surrounds you by night. Worn on the forehead, the beam of light follows the turnings of your head. As compared to an ordinary flashlight, you're freehand and more flexible to do what you is necessary. Its lightness has made it a useful tool for expeditionists and for everyday use. Most headlamps use LED light which provides brightness while not using too much battery power. The headlamp's downside is its limited cone of light which is the reason for miners to opt for carbide lamps that can enlighten the whole of a room. Dentists use professionally made headlamps for obvious reasons. Even the cheapest headlamps do their job for a quite affordable price. Even though, companies for outdoor and trekking have discovered the headlamp and picked it up as part of their large product line of tools.
