In part of the research project, M.Sc. Peshawa Luqman and M.Sc. Baban Bapir went for a research stay from 25 Nov to 31. Dec 2022. The project team collected data and performed a series of field studies under the supervision of the project coordinator at the partner university in Iraq.
Apart from studies and after a two-year break, the students together with professors and research assistants in a small social gathering, exchanged views on Christmas and New Year Celebrations around the world, celebrating a successful end of the year 2022!

During the period from 20th August to 2nd September 2022, the Chair of Advanced Structures took the lead in organizing the Bauhaus Summer School - Forecast Engineering, funded by DAAD. This year's forecast engineering program “Virtualization, visualization and validation of urban and structural building responses”, included diverse civil engineering projects supported by the Institute of Structural Engineering at the Bauhaus University Weimar.
