This course is an introduction to mindfulness experiences through arts. We will explore such experiences while using methods and theories usually used in art foundation and creative and performance fields.
We will explore body, mind, movement, space, performance, emotions, sensations, thoughts, and above all the experience of mindfulness. It's a creative, explorative, experimental course. Students will engage in activities in which they discover and experience methods of "connecting" to their own mind+bodies in relation to mindfulness. They will improvise, create, and reimagine to explore such a state of mind.6 ECTS.
