This course consists of lecture and the complementary seminar, which offers an opportunity integrating architect, urban planner, designer all together to explore the topic of real estate development.
The lecture series focus on the main topics of real estate and urban development, such as analyzing trends of the real estate market, offering economic perspectives in various phases of project development, introducing different property types together with different social milieus.
Additional to this lecture, there is an accompanied seminar ‘Integrated Real Estate Development Seminar’ which allows you to exercise the knowledge which you collect from the lecture.
In order to acquire 6 Credit Points in total, you must attend both lecture and the seminar.
