Teacher: Prof. Simon Gallus The Aesthetics of Precision – Lasers in Artistic Contexts The two-day workshop provides fundamental knowledge in the fields of laser technology and special augmented reality. In addition to safety and technical aspects, the focus is on creative application: using tools such as Madmapper, TouchDesigner, and microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP), participants will playfully develop small installations. The goal is to explore different workflows and test them in their own interactive application. Prof. Simon Gallus Simon Gallus teaches interaction design at the DHBW Ravensburg in the media design programme and conducts research at the CIM Lab on immersive media, interfaces and live visuals.
