Ausgangspunkt dieser Arbeit ist die Besch\\u00e4ftigung mit den Folgen des Uranbergbaus in dem Gebiet um die ehemalige Abbauregion der Wismutbetriebe1 in Ronneburg (Th\\u00fcringen). Dieses Thema wird jedoch zum einen als Teil einer sehr viel gr\\u00f6\\u00dferen und komplexen Problemstellung aufgefasst und in den historischen Zusammenhang mit Bergbau und Bergbaufolgen in der Region und mit der \\u201enuklearen Kette\\u201c und ihren \\u2013 auch kulturellen und sozialen \\u2013 Auswirkungen gestellt. Andererseits werden k\\u00fcnstlerische Besch\\u00e4ftigungen mit dem Thema dargestellt, wie auch diese Arbeit selbst versucht, k\\u00fcnstlerische und wissenschaftliche Herangehensweisen zu verbinden. Eine derartige Methodenkombination bietet die Chance, dem Themenkomplex \\u201eFolgelandschaft\\u201d umfassender gerecht zu werden als etwa ein rein technischer oder kulturhistorischer Ansatz. Ausgangspunkt dieser Arbeit ist die Besch\\u00e4ftigung mit den Folgen des Uranbergbaus in dem Gebiet um die ehemalige Abbauregion der Wismutbetriebe1 in Ronneburg (Th\\u00fcringen). Dieses Thema wird jedoch zum einen als Teil einer sehr viel gr\\u00f6\\u00dferen und komplexen Problemstellung aufgefasst und in den historischen Zusammenhang mit Bergbau und Bergbaufolgen in der Region und mit der \\u201enuklearen Kette\\u201c und ihren \\u2013 auch kulturellen und sozialen \\u2013 Auswirkungen gestellt. Andererseits werden k\\u00fcnstlerische Besch\\u00e4ftigungen mit dem Thema dargestellt, wie auch diese Arbeit selbst versucht, k\\u00fcnstlerische und wissenschaftliche Herangehensweisen zu verbinden. Eine derartige Methodenkombination bietet die Chance, dem Themenkomplex \\u201eFolgelandschaft\\u201d umfassender gerecht zu werden als etwa ein rein technischer oder kulturhistorischer Ansatz.
