The Crane<\/strong> ist ein aus 2mm Sperrholz mit Lasertechnik geschnittener und zusammengesteckter Kran mit zwei Armen. Am einen Arm ist eine GoPro-Kamera befestigt, am anderen ein Blasrohr. \u00dcber einen Seilzug mit Griffen l\u00e4sst The Crane<\/strong> sich bedienen. Tut man dies, filmt die GoPro entweder nach oben oder unten und das Blasrohr nutzt die hallende Akustik des \u201eWendeltreppen-Zylinders\u201c aus oder nicht. Als Teil der Performance sollte der tats\u00e4chliche Nutzen bewusst missverstanden und neue Formen der Interaktion gefunden werden. Die r\u00e4umliche Trennung von In- und Output auf verschiedenen Ebenen verhindert r\u00fcckwirkende \u00c4nderungen.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Crane is made of 2mm laser-cut press wood with two arms. A GoPro camera is attached
\nto one arm and a blowhorn to the other. It can be operated via a pulley system with handles,
\ncausing the GoPro to either film upwards or downwards, and the blowhorn to either utilize
\nthe echoing acoustics of the \u201espiral staircase cylinder\u201c or not. As part of the performance,
\nthe true purpose is deliberately misunderstood and new forms of usage are explored. The
