Concept:

My Idea of a VR animated short film is the story of a young boy experiencing a repeating dream and also has to learn to face his fears. He is tasked to take over control of his dreams.

This VR installation is one scenario/location of his Dreams. The aim was to create an environment that feels inviting, exciting, mystic and comfortable at the same time.

Aestetics:

For its not a real place I allowed myself to become trippy to a certain degree. All textures are pieces taken from impressionistic paintings. The paintings are well known but for my project they are only important for the effect.
