Target group for this course are students without or with a basic knowledge of a 3D software. The focus will be on hard-surface polygonal modelling. You will learn the tools and workflows to create polygonal 3D models with different levels of complexity. As a side effect you get a basic knowledge of the software Autodesk 3dsmax and/or Autodesk Softimage to have the ability to explore other parts of this technology later on your own.

The focus is on the crafts that means your responsiblity lies in the arts. At the beginning of the course you need to have a distinct idea of what you want to create in the course. Your concept should be related to the topic of the course "New Point of Views" and should be manageable within the scope of your abilities and the course's time frame. At the end you will create 2-3
renderings of your 3D model with a simple black and white ambient occlusion shading. What this is you will learn if you attend the course.

==Beschreibung==

===English description===

During the course you will learn 3D modelling techniques. The result should be some "scenes" or "simulations" which connect familiar things with new creations to give an outlook on future living.

==Beschreibung==

===English description===
During the course you will learn 3D modelling techniques. The result should be some "scenes" or "simulations" which connect familiar things with new creations to give an outlook on future living.
