In light of the latest infection incidents in Weimar, which have also affected members of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, I would like to again remind everyone of the binding measures and regulations laid out in the university’s basic hygiene plan. These regulations must be observed and adhered to by all members of the university.

The following regulations are particularly important:
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with an infected person, contact your respective Public Health Department immediately wherever you are residing.
We are depending on your help to stop the spread of infection and to help us implement appropriate measures as quickly as possible. Please be honest about any potential infection. Honesty will not be penalized. The health of all members of the university is at stake. This should be something that everyone can depend on, even in precarious situations.
Only by adhering to the regulations and measures can the upcoming exams and the planned attendance winter semester courses take place. If we continue to act with discipline, care, and consideration, we can protect the health of university members as well as our friends and families.
