The »Second amendment to the General Regulations for Managing the Effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic on Studying and Academic Affairs« is in effect since the beginning of the 2021 summer semester. These regulations are in place to allow the teaching and studying in all study programmes at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar while taking into consideration the restrictions on public and university life that have resulted from the coronavirus pandemic. The aim is to enable students from all study programmes to continue their education as smoothly and unhindered as possible and to ensure the continued qualification of young academics. Teh regulations apply to all degree programmes at teh Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and they supersede or replace the study and examination regulations, as well as the matriculation regulations.
The regulations contain information on teaching and examination formats, especially forms of onlone axaminations and special provisions under exam regulations, as well as application deadlines for part-time studies and leave of absence.
