The catalogue covers all the services provided by the SCC. The services are grouped into categories for better clarity and easier allocation.

It provides information on the features and modalities of use (user groups, application). In addition, further information and assistance (e.g. instructions) will be added in succession.

Description

Das Prüfungsmanagementsystem Moodle ist ein Open-Source-basiertes Lernmanagementsystem (LMS), das explizit für die online Prüfungen konfiguriert worden ist. Oft wird dieses System in Verbindung mit dem Browser SafeExam verwendet

Operating and service hours

Moodle ist 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen verfügbar.
Servicezeiten: Montag bis Freitag 8 – 18 Uhr. Support erfolgt per Support-Anfrage im System (E-Mail) Reaktionszeit maximal 8 Stunden. Wartungsfenster werden in Absprache
mit Lehrenden in den Semesterpausen eingeplant.
