Thuringia-wide Rowena Morse Mentoring Programme
Beyond the city boundaries – the 2nd round of the Thuringia-wide Mentoring Programme starts in autumn 2019
The programme offers support to female Ph.D. students across all disciplines who are in the final phase of their doctoral studies, as well as guidance for female postdocs on further career planning. In addition to the assignment of a mentor, specific workshops on professional development are also offered. Within the scope of peer mentoring sessions the mentees connect with academics of other Thuringian universities and are supported by experienced professors at Thuringian universities in group mentoring sessions.

WISA mentoring programme
Mentoring for female Ph.D. students at the start and midway point of their doctoral studies
Through Wisa+ Women in Science and Arts the Equal Opportunity Office provides committed support for up-and-coming scientists, artists and designers interested in academic or art-design careers within or outside the university in developing network relationships and in professional and personal development.
Target group: Female Ph.D. students from all faculties at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar preferably at the start and midway point of their doctoral studies.
