You may register for the competition from June 2018 to25 June 2018, midnight. Registered projects and events will appear on the official website and the printed summaery2018 programme. If you miss the deadline, you are still allowed to enter your proposal, but we regret that we won't be able to include your name in the programme. Only projects and collaborative events created by students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are eligible for entry in the competition.
To reserve rooms or space, please contact the responsible administrator. Ms. Heike Sander (firstname.lastname@example.org) is responsible for allocating space in the Audimax, and Ms. Raika Nebelung (email@example.com) is in charge of assigning free/outdoor areas on the campus grounds and in the lobby of the University Library.
NEW!!! Tour for exhibitors on outdoor areas - Thursday, 5 July, 10 am to 11.30 am Exhibitors with Projects on outdoor Areas will be able to meet the security officers of the university as well as those responsible for house services and real estate. The tour starts on outside 3 (behind Amalienstraße 13) and ends at outside 11 (behind green: house).
Public events and parties
summaery2018 and the opening party are registered in the city of Weimar by University Communications. Anyone who wants to host a public event or party outside regular opening times of summaery2018 must register it independently with the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten at least eight days in advance. Registration is free of charge. The contact person is Mr. Andreas Karius in the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten of Weimar (Fon 03643 762 355, firstname.lastname@example.org).
