Ich möchte meine Wohnung in der Weimarer Südvorstadt im Studentenwohnheim Merketal von September bis Februar vermieten.
Es ist wie 18m2 Wohnung mit Küche und Bad, die voll möbliert ist (Einbauküche, Bett Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal). Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, es gibt im Wohnheim außerdem einen Fahrstuhl und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen.
Man läuft 5-10 min zu den nächsten Bushaltestellen sowie zu einem Supermarkt und der Turnhalle an der Falkenburg der Universität. Von den Haltestellen brauch man mit dem Bus ca 5 min in die Innenstadt und zur Uni.

I‘m subletting my apartment in Weimar’s Südvorstadt neighborhood, in the Merketal student dorm, from September through February.
It is an 18-square-meter apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, and it is fully furnished (built-in kitchen, bed, closet, desk, bookshelf). The apartment is on the 3rd floor; the dorm also has an elevator and a laundry room with washing machines.
It’s a 5- to 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stops, as well as to a supermarket and the university’s gym at Falkenburg. From the bus stops, it takes about 5 minutes by bus to get to downtown and the university.
