i'm subrenting my flat for the wintersemester 26/27. The flat is fully furbished, got a small kitchen, a small bathroom, and is ideal for one person or a couple. Placed on the 4th floor, the apartment is very bright, there are plants, i am looking for somebody a bit responsible, there's also the furniture.

- 5min to the train station, 20min to the university

- 5min to bio- and supermarket

zum Wintersemester 26/27 vermiete ich meine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung. Sie ist vollmöbliert, hat eine kleine Küche, ein kleines Bad und ist ideal für eine Person oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG und sehr hell, es gibt Pflanzen, die Möbel, ich suche deswegen jemanden mit ein bisschen Struktur.
