Project description

As part of the seminar "Queering Spaces", an ephemeral queer archive will start during Campus Pride Week at the University Library Weimar and can be visited during Summary25. The artistic contributions make queer knowledge and personal experiences visible in different ways and enter into direct dialogue with the library holdings.

Guided tour of the Queer Archive (german&english) Ephemeral Encounters

As part of Summary25, we warmly invite you to a guided tour of the queer archive developed during the course "Queering Spaces" for Campus Pride Week. The archive brings together artistic contributions that make queer knowledge and personal experiences visible. Diverse materials serve as ephemeral traces of queer acts—some entering into direct dialogue with the holdings of the university library, questioning and challenging its structure and content.
