Project description
The project had the goal of rethinking the existing pavilion in front of the Main Building: repairing it, redesigning it, playing with it. The concept of playing also included how exhibitions and events in and around the pavilion can be designed together, what such an event entails and what tasks have to be taken on. In addition to handicraft and event work, the current problems around "Campus-Gate" were to be conceptually addressed. For this purpose, possible vandalism prevention measures were to be dealt with and implemented. Further exchange with the university and local residents was important, not least to clarify the question of a new location for the Freiraum.Pavillon. The course was carried out as a "Bauhaus.Module".
