Project description

The integration of image-generating diffusion models constitutes a reconfiguration of design processes. This module examines their strategic application within visual concept development and analyzes how ideation, iteration, and representation are transformed under algorithmic conditions. Core methodologies include text-to-image, sketch-to-rendering, and image-to-3D workflows, enabling accelerated development cycles, systematic exploration of variations, and the precise articulation of visual narratives. Diffusion-based systems are not treated merely as production tools, but as operative frameworks that shape aesthetic decision-making and introduce new modalities of image formation. This is complemented by a critical examination of ecological impact, societal implications, and ethical considerations. The objective is to establish a reflective and informed approach to AI as both a design instrument and an epistemic medium.
