Project description
The Grievance.
The »Kummer« (grievances) particularly stems from deficient communication within the university structures, alongside the resulting changes and anxieties about the future. For students, hierarchical boundaries and dependencies on other groups within the university community became strikingly apparent. Additionally, widespread feelings of loneliness and an overwhelming global political climate persist. These grievances will be gathered through various collection methods and subsequently discussed during a talk show on FLURFUNK.
The Box.
The »Kasten« (box) exists both as a physical installation at M18 and as a digital version: kummerkasten.neocities.org. All submissions are strictly anonymous.
About Us.
We are students of Experimental Radio and part of the FLURFUNK project. We are actively communicating with a diverse range of people across the university to ensure broad inclusion in this project, encouraging collective reflection on the university’s self-governance and communication. In doing so, our goal is to ensure that students and their concerns are not left behind, but rather brought to the forefront as a starting point for future dialogue.
The Broadcast.
From 6 to 10 July 2026, from 1pm to 3pm each day, Simon Frisch and Nathalie Singer will discuss the anonymous submissions with representatives from various status groups within the university. The talk show will take place live on campus and will be broadcast on bauhaus.fm (106.6 MHz).
