Project description
How do space, social interaction, and our senses shape the way we eat? BOMPUSS explores contemporary dining culture at the intersection of food, event, and product design.
The exhibition presents multisensory concepts for temporary pop-up dining experiences in which food, space, and interaction merge into a cohesive whole. Through material experimentation, prototyping, and hands-on testing, participants developed distinctive furniture, tableware, and edible design elements. Designed to create immersive sensory experiences, the exhibited prototypes are also conceived for small-scale production.
BOMPUSS invites visitors to rethink established dining rituals and discover how design can transform shared experiences around the table.
