Project description
It's only a matter of time before everything peels itself out of its dimensions. So why not now? We lose nothing in the process, because even shattered into unimaginably small pieces, everything is still part of a whole – it can be rediscovered and renamed, allows us to hear the faded whispers of long-forgotten stories, and helps us discover contours from blurred silhouettes that are just waiting to be found.
From tracing paper to the screen printing frame and into the room.
The course "Fragmentation and the Whole" presents the results of various drawing and printing techniques as a method of engaging with a topic in a multifaceted and conceptual way.
Led by Karo Kollwitz and supported by Jörg von Stuckrad.
